Hi folks,
Last issue of LB (many, many months ago), Andy mentioned he was passing
the
mantle of BB management onto an "as yet unknown" - well, that's turned
out
to be me
)
Some of you may remember me from White Dwarf, or one of the various
Warhammer products I've worked on (or one of the far more obscure board
games). Suffice it to say that I've been kicking around in the hobby
for a
long time now, though I'm new to the Squig pen generally known as the
Fanatic Studio.
I've been hired to look after Blood Bowl, among other things, and am
looking
forward to helping it continue to grow in strength as it has done under
Jervis and Andy. It's slightly intimidating knowing how well they've
done
and what I've got to live up to, but that's all part of the challenge.
One of my first tasks is to get the LRB up on the website along with
the
errata from the last Rules Review. I'll also have a look to see what's
available for download and if there's anything that should be which
we've
missed.
On a slightly sadder note *wipes away a nostalgic tear*, this is the
last of
the Long Bombs we'll be doing in this format. Instead, LB will become a
shorter, but more frequently updated piece of news and info that'll be
on
the front page of the new BB site. This is all part of the big shake-up
we're planning for all the Specialist Games websites which we'll be
rolling
out gradually over the next few weeks. So keep your eyes peeled.
