Elecciones al presidente de la NAF

Dear Members,

It is time to prepare for the election of our next President

The time-table will be as follows:

- 7 Jan 2024 Nominations start
- 14 Jan 2024 Nominations end and Q&A start
- 21 Jan 2022 Voting start
- 28 Jan 2022 Election ends and the new President is elected

There will be separate threads for both Nominations, Q&A and the final election. Aside of this there will be a thread where all discussion on the nominees, the questions and the answers can take place.

For the record, the role of the NAF President from the latest NAF Charter:

President (Elected Position)

Directs NAF strategy and planning
Chairs meetings
Serves as liaison between members and officers
Serves as liaison between outside organization and NAF
Fulfills duties of other officers if absent from meetings or events
Reviews regular reports from other officers and offers direction
Sets meeting agenda items

Ha llegado el momento de prarpar la elección de nuestro próximo Presidente.

El calendario será el siguiente:

- 7 enero 2024 Comienzan las nominaciones
- 14 enero 2024 Se cierran las nominaciones y comienzan las preguntas/respuestas
- 21 enero 2024 Comienzan las votaciones
- 28 enero 2024 Se acaban las elecciones y es elegido el nuevo Presidente

Habrá diferentes hilos para nominaciones y preguntas/respuestas y la elección final. A parte habrá hilos dónde se discutirán sobre los candidatos, las preguntas y respuestas.

Como nota, el rol de presidente de la NAF del último estatuto de la NAF:

Dirige la estrategia y la planificación del NAF
Preside las reuniones
Sirve de enlace entre los miembros y los oficiales
Sirve de enlace entre organizaciones externas y la NAF
Desempeña las funciones de otros responsables en caso de ausencia en reuniones o actos
Revisa los informes periódicos de otros responsables y ofrece orientación
Establece los puntos del orden del día de las reuniones
